Refund policy
There are no refunds on Payment plans. Once taking out a plan you are committing to your order, we do not accept any cancellations or transfers of deposits on other goods. If you do wish to cancel your items, your non refundable deposit will be lost
No refund at all on SALE items
Any store credit note or offer of exchange expires 12 months after date of issue
The customer is responsible for the postage fee to re send the exchanged item. Please note all exchanges/credit notes would be minus the delivery charge
Returns Policy
Should you be unhappy with any of the items from your order you may return them to us within 7 days of the specified delivery date (subject to the conditions below) for a refund or Store Credit.
Please note your returns must be delivered to us within this time, with all tickets/labels intact. Returns received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the returns postage fee as well as the exchanged item re-delivery fee.
